- To provide accurate information when applying for tenancies or enquiring as a landlord
3. Property listings
We do our best to keep property details accurate but availability changes fast. Prices, specifications, and photographs are for guidance and don't form part of any contract until a formal tenancy or letting instruction is signed. Please confirm anything material with us before making decisions.
4. E-signatures
Where you sign a tenancy agreement, deed of guarantee or similar document electronically via this site, you agree that the drawn signature you provide, together with your typed name, IP address, user-agent and timestamp, constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and case law (J Pereira Fernandes SA v Mehta [2006]).

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
